Payment:

At Spinning Jewelry you can pay with Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express and MobilePay. All payments are made through Nets. You can also pay with gift cards purchased from Spinning Jewelry or via GoGift.

Payment will only be deducted once your order has been processed and shipped. Spinning Jewelry reserves the right to sell out items, printing errors, spelling errors and delays that Spinning Jewelry cannot control.

Complaint:

You have a 2-year warranty on Spinning Jewelry's products. We distinguish between manufacturing defects, breaks and ordinary wear and tear that occur during use. A production error can e.g. be a discoloration of a surface. We cover a loose stone up to six months after purchase. An example of a fracture may be a necklace that breaks. If the breach is due to misuse of the item, the warranty does not cover. Regular wear and tear during use means that the product has been used for a long period of time and is therefore not covered by Spinning Jewelry's warranty.

Personal data:

Spinning Jewelry only collects personal information such as first and last name, address and e-mail address when you voluntarily provide these. For example, we may collect information to get your feedback on our websites and products or in connection with you signing up for one of our competitions, events or our newsletter.

We will send you marketing materials with your permission, such as information about new product offers, etc. If you do not consent to receive this type of material, we will not send it to you.
